By accessing or using Ryvoda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including customers, car owners, and drivers.
Ryvoda is a car rental marketplace that connects car owners with customers and assigns professional drivers for delivery. We are not a transportation company — we provide the platform and logistics coordination.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ryvoda. Customers must provide accurate booking details. Car owners must provide accurate vehicle information and documents. Drivers must hold a valid Nigerian driving license.
All bookings must be paid in full before confirmation. We charge a 20% commission on all bookings plus a service fee. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices displayed include all fees.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start date are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Car owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are roadworthy, properly insured, and meet all Nigerian road safety standards. All vehicles must be approved by Ryvoda before accepting bookings.
Drivers are responsible for safe and professional conduct at all times. Drivers must follow all Nigerian traffic laws. Any incidents must be reported to Ryvoda immediately.
You may not use Ryvoda for illegal activities, transporting prohibited goods, or any activity that violates Nigerian law. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
Ryvoda and Teknewlogy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the booking amount paid.
